Season III
To Mend and Defend v 3.1.1
The binome that Mike is interviewing looks like the pregnant cop from the movie Fargo.
The game "Malicious Corpses" is a mixture of the PC games of Myst and Blood, and not only that but it's a spoof of the "Evil Dead" trilogy [Evil Dead, Evil Dead 2, Amry of Darkness]
After rebooting, Enzo looks like Micheal Jackson in his music video "Thriller"
Whan Dot reboots as Elvira, she gets the Addams Family theme song
The User is Ash from the movie, "Army of Darkness" and he has the same catch phrase "Groovy!"
A tomb stone in the grave yard says "Bob Buckley Unplugged" (Robert Buckley is the writer of the Fire Wall theme song)
The Users weapons are from Doom (a chainsaw and a rifle)
The 'Manual of Mortality' is the 'Necronomican Ex Mortis' (Book of the Dead) from Evil Dead movies
The name on the reel-to-reel tape player in the game is Welman, a reference to Mairi Welman, Director of Communication for Mainframe.
When Enzo puts "The Manual Of Mortality" in the bookshelf, the book beside it is entitled "A Time to Die"
The ambulance has a red cross is made up of red icons
At the end of episode, Mouse says "Sorry to break up this Photoshop moment..." (Photoshop is a paint program for Mac or PC computers)
Between a Racoon and a Hard Place v 3.1.2
Enzo reboots as Elmer Fudd
Two binomes reboot as the "American Gothic" painting
There's a secret rocket silo (from the cold war)
There's a smily face of the rocket
Behind the Jamacian singer, there is a JAVA machine
The construction worker has a butt crack
Fire Wall v 3.1.3
The skiing opening was a takeoff from "Spy Who Loved Me".
The parachute at the begining (with Santa Clause) is like that found in "The Spy Who Loved Me."
The title Firewall was based off (obivously) the fourth Bond movie, "Thunderball."
The flames in the opening titles are like the ones found in "Live and Let Die."
In the song, Firewall, I picked up some traces in the melody from "GoldenEye".
The User was Penelope Pitstop from Wacky Races (Hanna Barbara's Wacky Races)
Frisket reboots as Muttly (from Hanna Babarra's Wacky Races)
Cirrus reboots as Dasterdly (from Hanna Babarra's Wacky Races)
Hue is Q from James Bond
Binomes are testing exploding toilets in the backround
There are crash test binomes in the test lab.
The car Enzo drives is much like the car driven by Bond in "Thunderball."
When the wooden T-Rex jumps on Cirrus' car and bites the tire, it's from Jurassic Park (The first one)
The jet scene where Enzo stops the user reminded me of "Tommorow Never Dies,".
The indian and the cuboard is there from the movie Indian in the Cuboard
The helicopter that Cyrus took off in was almost identical to Little Nellie, found in "You Only Live Twice."
Pixar's trademark lamp hoping over to and then covering AndrAIa. (I know the lamp has a name but I can't remember what it is...)
Game Over v 3.1.4
Hex says "Chaos with always triumph over order. It is the way of things." That is from the Laws of Physics. Chaos comes from order.
When Dot, Enzo, Phong and AndrAIa are monitoring the firewall AndrAIa is scratching her arm. She stops and looks at her arm for a nano.
One of the One binomes, when they are waiting for Megabyte to come out of the rift, has a bright blue eye instead of black (Oops!)
The game is like Mortal Combat
When Hack and Slash are going to delete Cirrus, Slash's mouth or teeth (what ever you call it) are blue and not red (Oops!)
Enzo reboots as a Scorpion/Reptile mix.
When Enzo reboots, the game says "Matrix!"
Icons v 3.2.1
In the first game, Matrix, AndrAIa and Frisket are the aliens from the movie "Mars Attacks"
AndrAIa had a fish swimming round her helmet
The are some boxes with bar codes on them
The binomes ask Matrix and AndrAIa if they're good users or bad users (from the movie "The Wizard of Oz" "...are you a good witch or a bad witch?...")
The system is the same a Mainframe, only everything is square and not round
"Backup" is like a little Enzo
When AndrAIa changes her icon to demonstrate Game Sprite Mode, she changes it from the reboot icon to her own and back, but the next second the AI icon is showing (Oops!)
Matrix and AndrAIa were offered Nerd guns (Nerf) and Bosman's Party Pack
Jeff had a cow lunchbox
When Matrix is reading the stats on the game, Frisket takes hold of Hardboot's slege hammer and starts pulling
In the game AndrAIa reboots as Xena, Warrior Princess
Matrix reboots as a highlander from "Braveheart"
Gabi reboots a Gabrielle (from Xena) and her icon is her bellybutton
Jeff's cow lunchbox turns into a cow baggie (GASP Jerry!)
There's a hand on the castle
The floor in the last chamber of the game is like Indiana Jones (where ever you step, something bad happens)
There's a One binome of little Enzo
There are some of the same binomes in that system as Mainframe eg. Mary Anne "from The Crimson Binome"
Where No Sprite Has Gone Before v 3.2.2
When Matrix bends over to get Glitch from Friskets Mouth, his gun is missing from his leg. (Oops!)
It's a mixture of comics (mostly marvel that I've noticed) and he first Star Trek
These characters are a mixture of...
Captain Robert Cursor- Captain Kirk/ Ironman
Bootie- Scottie/ Iceman
Pixel- Spock/ ?
Giggagirl- ?/ The Incredible Hulk
E-Mail- ?/ Mister Fantastic/ Morph?/The Mask?
Powerlock- ?/ The Punisher
?- ?/ Multiple Man
?- ?/ Wolverine and Lady Deathstrike
Robert Cursor has a Lightsaber
The Heroes Den is like the Bat Cave
In the Heroes Den, on a shelf, they have The Grey Cup, The Star Trek Symbol, a giant golfball, a statue of Megatron and a giant twoonie on the wall behind the bar (Canadians KNOW what I'm talking about!!)
When Gigagirl grows and says to Matrix, "Maybe I should call you slim." she is refering to Cyclops of the X-Men. Cyclops' nickname was 'Slim', and Matrix, having only one eye, is therefore a Cyclops. (It took me a long time to catch this one.)
Pixel does the Vulcan neck pinch on one of the spectrals
Cursor gets deleted the same way as Kirk dies in "Generations" (a big, heavy metal "thing" falls on him), he also says almost the exact same thing Spock said in Star Trek II when he died.
"...There will be peace. If not now, by the 'NEXT GENERATION'..."
Number 7 v 3.2.3
When Bob is chasing Hack and Slash, Slashes "teeth" are blue, then they're red, and they keep switching back and forth (Oops!)
The show is a take off of an old tv show "The Prisoner".
The title of the episode is a parody. The character from the tv show was prisoner "no. 6", the episode is named "No. 7".
The character from "The Prisoner" was always looking for a "Number 1".
There are really BAD golf jokes
"Sir, there's a bogie heading this way"
"About that sir, I think it might be a birdie"
"How's your back nine?"
When Matrix (Megabyte) is going to the Principal Office, the music in the background is from the tv show "The Prisoner"
When Matrix was going to be "filed and indexed", he said "I will not be file, stamped, briefed, de-briefed, or numbered! My life is my own! You won't hold me!" (that's from "The Prisoner" too)
The jury of binomes in masks are chanting "Here comes the judge!" from the T.V. show "Rolan & Martin's Laughing".
The User in the golf game is a small tiger. It's suppose to represent Tiger Woods. The Shark is representing Greg Norman. The sombreo represents Lee Travino.
The Episode With No Name v 3.2.4
It's a take off of the t.v show "The Man With No Name"
The statue in the middle of town looks like "Jebidiah Springfield" from The Simpsons.
Storm Trooper Binomes walk by the screen when everybody comes out of hiding
When Matrix jumps from one building to another (in slow motion) he gets the "Million Dollar Man" sound.
When Matrix is on the roofs chasing the spy, Matrix's gun disappears from his leg, (and it's not in his hand) but in the next scene it's back on his leg. (Oops!)
SireBar looks and sounds like the bar in "Star Wars: A New Hope" (and the music sounds pretty close too.)(The music also sounds like "Once Upon a Time in the West"
Right after Matrix walks into the Sire Bar, his chain belt is missing. When he gets to the bar it has re-appeared. (Oops!)
There's a lot of western/desert outpost references as well
The binome putting on the lipstick is a ReBoot version of Princess Leia in Jaba's Palace.
Matrix says "Gun: Death Blossom mode!" This is from "The Last Starfighter"
Maxine's passenger carrier has IMAX printed on the side.
Turbo says to Matrix, "Your our only hope." That phrase was said by Princess Leia in "Star Wars: A New Hope" too.
Turbo's mouth says something like "Good-bye" but there is no sound coming out! (Oops!)
The Return of the Crimson Binome v 3.3.1
The "Love Boat" comes out of the portal from the Net
Captain Capacitor file locks Frisket and says "Glory be, I know those teeth!" (He had file locked Frisket in "The Crimson Binome" the first time we met him)
When Gavin is introducing himself to AndrAIa, Matrix scratches his leg(Hey, I know it sounds pretty stupid, but did you notice it?)
The guards in the prison are wearing French Foreign Legion uniforms
The penguin, Feathers McGraw, (from "Identity Crises 2", "Trust No One" and "Web World Wars", but orignally from the British claymation show "Wallace and Gromit") if you look on one of the servailence screens, he's in the jail and later you find out that he's a stowaway on the Saucy Mare (you see him break out of a crate)
The name Ray Tracer is from the term 'Raytracing'. This is the method of creating shadows in 3D animation.
Captain Capacitor says "Mr.Jimmy, break out our weapons!" (to jimmy something open)
One of the ships that's shooting at the Saucy Mare says "SS Cameron" and the other says "GFF-39". The SS Cameron referred to James Cameron, director of the Movie Titanic.
The ship called the GFF-39 was an old war ship in World War Two. And also a ship in the cartoon show "Beast Wars: Transformers"
When Matrix says "Fire at will!" Someone in the background says "Who's Will?" (this *could* be from also in the the Carribean ride at Disney World where you pass the big pirateship, but this joke is pretty old so, it could be from anywhere! ^_^)
When the ship breaks down in that one system, the penguin is in one of the cargo crates
Some of the barrels say "1001011" (in binary it is the # symbol)
After Matrix yells at Ray to get lost and then storms off, Frisket walks away and growls at Ray. AndrAIa tells him, "Now, don't *you* start." This is a quote from the second season episode 'High Code' from Mr Pearson to Frisket.
The Edge of Beyond v 3.3.2
After Matrix steers into the data storm and everybody's recovering, the cook is pealing potatoes with the potato pail on his head
The Webriders sound like Modems connecting to the Internet
Web Riders on the Storm v 3.3.3
No matter what is happening, the cook is always pealing potatoes
Captain Capacitor is instructing his crew to work faster and one of the crew members is named "Mr. Hawkins" (from "Treasure Island")
When Bob clicks on his icon to help AndrAIa, his icon comes out upsidedown (Oops?)
Mousetrap v 3.3.4
The cook is actually enjoying himself at the party
One of the cargo crate say "Chips"
One of the barrels say "R O M" (Read Only Memory) is suppose to b rum.
(Guess who's back pealing potatoes?)
When Matrix is looking at the ships symatics and Bob is trying to look over his shoulder, Matrix still has Glitch on his belt when Bob has him on his wrist (a definite oops!)
Megaframe v 3.4.1
Herr Doctor is watching TV in Megabytes stretch limo
Hack and Slash now have icons. Hack (who is red) has a blus and white icon and Slash (who is blue [gee, who was left?]) has a red and white icon.
Whem Hack and Slash are introducing Matrix to Dot, they (Hack and Slash) don't have their icons on (Oops!)
When the tear explodes out of the sphere at the top of the Principal Office, there are no beams of light coming out of it, but at the episode intro, there are. (Oops!)
Showdown v 3.4.2
When the Saucy Mare was burning up and heading towards the ocean, Captain Capacitor says "What have I done?" Captian Kirk says the same thing in "Star Trek III: The Search for Spock" when the Enterprise blows up.
AndrAIa says the same thing that Spock says in that same movie.
System Crash v 3.4.3
K.I.S.S. is on a building, when it collapses (which I thought was terrific!!)
Sailor Moon gets totally flatened by a huge rock (which I thought was halarlious!!)
#8 gets squashed by the 8 ball, then the 8 ball starts chasing Indiana Jones
Fax Modem (is looking at two panflits that say B.C. and L.A. (X-Files takes place in Los Angeles but, it is/was filmed in British Columbia) then gets blown into pieces.
Behind Fax & Nully alien binomes walk behind them.
A building falls on that skater binome from Al's Diner in "Trust No One"
The little binome that watches his parents fall into the hole is a Bruce Wayne take off of seeing his parents being shot
I found Waldo! :D (Where's Waldo Books...)
The poster on Mr. Pearson's door says "Greetings From Sunny Kits Sector"
When Matrix is fighting the Zatan "User", one of the times he punched him in the stomach...MATRIX DID THE SPLITS!!! (In MK, Johnny Cage has a special move called "groin punch." He does the splits and punches the other guy in the *very sensitive area*)
End Prog. v 3.4.4
When Hex brings out her "biscuts", (and they're Herr Doctor and Igor) she gives one to Ray Tracer. He almost eats it except that Mouse slaps it out of his hand before it reaches his mouth
Mouse and Ray kiss for 6 minutes (yes, I've timed it!)
The little binome girl put some of Mouse's hair on the Guardian Doll
The cook actually says something. He's the one at the end that is on you tv screen for only a nano that says "Wo-who! Way to go!!"
When Mike is introducing the Mainframe Strolling players Season 3 recap, there is a "1" binome behind him that has a spherical head! (Don't believe me? See for yourself!)
Mouse is sitting beside Frisket and doesn't like his bad breath (...right before the play starts...)
And during "Mainframe Strolling Players"
The 'bouncing ball' on the words for you to follow along is a bouncing Scuzzy!
Bob falls down after being "shot into the Web"
"The User" (from the Mortal Combat type game) is two Zero binomes on top of each other and they can't keep their balance so the fall down
Little Enzo falls down after "leaving with the Game Cube", then gets kicked by Matrix
On the scrolling background, when Matrix and AndrAIa are walking, the final square says "Don't roll farther than this"
When Hexidecimal is singing, Matrix and Megabyte are talking to each other until the light goes on them, *then* they start to fight
Bob almost gets squash by accident
When everybody is on the pyrimid, Phong falls over and can't get back up, and Matrix is flexing his muscles.
The pictures
The one where Bob and Dot are kissing (and it's about time!) Phong's finger is infront of the lense (BUT! When Phong had first taken that picture, Bob and Dot had *stopped* kissing! Oops!)
In the picture with Bob, Matrix, and Ray, Bob has "Red Eye"
The last three pictures are when Phong is trying to set the timer on the camera
In the second last group picture, Frisket is licking little Enzo on the face
